Dear Everyone!
We bought your Premium Themes 2 weeks ago. Our order nr. is #3446. Unfortunately we noticed that your themes had a problem with the shopping cart. When our users put some Products in, the shopping cart displays it’s empty. We tried to update WooCommerce files, cleared the cashes – but that didn’t work at all.
Can you please help us? We need our webshop very soon!

Please also try to open the link at first and check that the cart isn‘t working. Please put some products into your cart and then go to the cart. It will be empty. I am sorry, but now I have checked the cart, and yes the cart works correctly but now the checkout shows that the cart is empty and therefore the customers can‘t checkout. Can you please check this issue too?

The cPanel login data is the username and password for your hosting control panel. You can usually find it in the welcome email from your hosting provider or by contacting their support. Let us know if you need further guidance!
