    Dear Everyone!

    We bought your Premium Themes 2 weeks ago. Our order nr. is #3446. Unfortunately we noticed that your themes had a problem with the shopping cart. When our users put some Products in, the shopping cart displays it’s empty. We tried to update WooCommerce files, cleared the cashes – but that didn’t work at all.

    Can you please help us? We need our webshop very soon!

    Do you need my data to log into WordPress? Then I will write you a Mail with it. Please also try to open the link at first and check that the cart isn‘t working.     I am sorry, but now I have checked the cart, and yes the cart works correctly but now the checkout shows that the cart is empty and therefore the customers can‘t checkout. Can you please check this issue too?

    Oh I do not have any rights to this data from the Hoster. The data belongs to our boss and we Are Not allowed to Share it…

    Is there maybe another way how you can help us please?
